SignaCert Completes $8.8M Series B and Hires VP of Global SalesApril 14, 2009SignaCert, Inc today announced the second round of investment with the completion of an $8.8m Series B financing round. The round was comprised of full participation by the existing investors including DCM, Intel Capital and SmartForest Ventures.
